Abstract

How will Kazakh-Mongolian relations develop? Are they dynamic, based on the unity of the Turkic-Mongolian world, or is it necessary to make additional efforts to activate them? The author, convinced of the importance of the active dynamics of these relations based on international norms and principles, considers the Kazakh-Mongolian relations in the context of the theory of realism.  The author calls on the two States to take effective decisions in all the issues they are dealing with. The author of the article undertakes the reconstruction of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Mongolia, based on the commonality of the Turkic-Mongolian world. Its concept assumes that the development of Kazakh-Mongolian cooperation is aimed at the common good of the peoples of the two states. The author traces the changing nature of these relations, describes the contribution of each of the parties to international cooperation.  The article compares the Turkic-speaking national culture, language, and traditions with the Mongolian state, reflecting the foundations of their common geographical integration.

In accordance with the interdisciplinary approach, a dozen materials that make up the preparation of this article present the results of research that confirm the need for the development of Kazakh-Mongolian cooperation in the context of a variety of geopolitical and socio-historical conditions.
