Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of "North-South" in the world. Authors gives the difference between the developed industrial countries of the hemisphere and the poorest states of the Southern hemisphere is the main feature of the North-South relations, in addition, the author examines the North-South geopolitical conflicts within the framework of the BRICS.  He emphasizes that it has a significant impact on the current situation. There is no doubt that the issues of increasing the diversity of relations between the North and the South, expanding regional integration processes in the region of developing countries and strengthening the position of potential regional leaders reflect the relevance of the article.

          The formation of the system of international relations in the XXI century is determined by the global interdependence of members of the world community. Differences between countries depending on their level of development will continue in the near future. Although it is not possible to reduce the consequences of the preservation of many unfavorable countries, the trends of recent decades are fully reflected in the methodology and discussion of the article that the relationship between developed and less developed parts of the world can not become a new axis of global conflict.
