Abstract

With the development of the globalization process, the channels of influence of national actors on the international process are constantly being updated and expanded, and each country is facing unprecedented new challenges. The theory of soft power, proposed by Professor Joseph Nair of Harvard University, provides a new direction of research for the practice of international politics, so that many countries of the world stand on their own and begin to pay attention to the development of their own soft power field from different points of view. In fact, soft power - this is a kind of influence of ideas and concepts, and in order to manifest the role of this force, it is necessary to penetrate the thoughts into the depths of the audience's soul in order to change the attitude and behavior patterns of people, thereby influencing the social mentality of the country and international relations. The most important tool in this process is language. Language is an important factor of cultural soft power, and language is an important feature of human culture. “Language - it is the spiritual memory of a nation, contains important cultural information of this nation and is a symbol that can reflect the process of historical and cultural accumulation.” Compared to popular cultural resources such as popular songs, movies and television, clothing and catering, which easily attract attention but also easily disappear, language, as a social norm, has a longer and far-reaching appeal and appeal. Language is also an important political resource. Language and politics, seemingly two unrelated areas, are in fact closely related. The process of language development and its status in the region and the world may reflect the historical changes of a country or nation, ethnic relations and the development of international relations from the outside.
