The COVID-19 pandemic raging around the world not only severely slowed down the economic development of the countries of the world, but also had a serious impact on international relations and world history. The theme of time, based on peaceful development, the general stability and openness of the international system, and the effectiveness of the international order, are supportive conditions that constitute a period of important strategic opportunities for countries. Under the influence of the epidemic, the overall inclusiveness and openness of the international system has decreased, and the effectiveness of the international order has also weakened, at the same time, the trend of anti-globalism has begun to grow, creating many problems for the development of the world economy. all countries: the contradiction between existing hegemonic powers and rising powers has deepened.
