The article explores the importance of the Turkic factor in the development of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Turkey. The interaction between these two countries is rooted in a common linguistic, cultural and historical basis, which creates a fruitful field for cooperation. The author analyzes the influence of this factor on various aspects of relations, starting from the first steps after Kazakhstan gained independence in 1991. The article draws attention to the key points of cooperation, such as the exchange of experience in the field of management, education and culture. In addition, joint efforts in the field of economic development and mutual investment are considered, which contribute to strengthening the interdependence between the two countries. The study also touches on the geopolitical dimension of relations, showing how similar interests and views on world issues contribute to cooperation in the international arena. It is important to note that the article also pays attention to the challenges that Kazakhstan and Turkey face in the course of developing a partnership, such as the need to balance between diverse interests and aspirations. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that the Turkic factor has a significant impact on the development of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Turkey. Building on a common cultural base and combining vast areas of cooperation, the two countries continue to develop their relationship in a multi-dimensional and mutually beneficial manner.
