The scientific article analyzes a new approach to the development of education and values in the education of young people in Kazakhstan over the years of independence. The author also analyzes the impact of distance learning on the education system in the context of the modern pandemic. The relevance of education and upbringing of young people is studied by the conclusions of scientists and philosophers.
History brings up noble qualities in people, teaches justice on the examples of great people, contributes to the formation of new views of the world around them
