Sea and coastal tourism is one of the fastest growing destinations in the world. Despite its growing economic and environmental importance, sea and coastal tourism have only recently begun to gain significant research. This article provides a literary overview of the coast and maritime tourism. Coastal and marine tourism, although separate types of tourism, are very closely related elements. Maritime tourism includes a wide range of activities in the deep oceans, the most common of which are cruising and swimming. Other water activities and marine sports (mostly performed in coastal waters) scuba diving, javelin fishing, skiing, windsurfing, sea park excursions, wildlife monitoring, The vast majority of activities in maritime tourism are carried out, their ancillary structures and infrastructure are usually located on land.
