Abstract

The article is devoted to the policy of the European Union in Central Asia in the context of a new stage of cooperation. Based on the new strategy for 2019. "The European Union and Central Asia: A New Partnership Strategy", analyzes the EU's intentions to bring relations with the Central Asian countries to a new level. The European Union's policy is to act as a coordinator for strengthening democracy, human rights, the rule of law and the independence of the courts, as well as for modernizing and diversifying the economies of the Central Asian countries.
