Abstract

High social, political and economic significance for modern society plays an important role for the state of our country-identifying the main causes of problems of foreign migration of Kazakh youth, intellectual migration and providing possible solutions to this problem. The economy of the country in this case, in emigration, and has a direct impact on the state of political and social demographicsyn, is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.
