IMPACT OF NATIONAL CULTURE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT

The article discusses the influence of national culture on the development of management. The author comes to the conclusion that each nationality has its own special behavioral and interpersonal individual behavioral traits, which also depend on the national culture. Using different research methods, such as a theoretical review, a comparative method, a descriptive type of research, the author will reveal the topic of culture and its features in more depth. The paper presents the views of various foreign researchers on the topic of the influence of culture. Among them are the Dutch scientist G. Hofstede, who became the founder of the creation of an approach to identify differences in the management system between countries in terms of national culture, and the American scientist E. Shein. The author will consider the topic of culture classification according to G. Hofstede's research, which includes such items as power distance, individualism-collectivism, masculinity-femininity and uncertainty avoidance. Various comparative studies have substantiated the fact that the Germans govern differently than, for example, the Americans. Thus, national culture is the cause of the emergence of various ways of organizing companies and management styles. Of course, each nationality has its own special behavioral and interpersonal individual traits of behavior, which also depend on the national culture. This will help to understand that process behaviors play an important role in the functioning of any organization. Based on the analysis, the author came to the conclusion that national culture has a great influence on both corporate culture and management culture in general
