The purpose of the article is to reveal in detail the features of professional training of specialists in the field of international relations in the context of the Kazakh university, which trains future experts in this field. In modern conditions, when international relations are becoming more complex and multifaceted, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the diplomatic service and the requirements for specialists in this field.
The topical issues raised in the article cover various aspects of the training of future international specialists, including the analysis of regulatory documents that regulate the activities of diplomats, as well as the study of established practice in the professional environment. It is important to note that the training of specialists in the field of international relations requires not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that will help them successfully cope with the challenges of our time. During the training, special attention is paid to the formation of professionally significant competencies. This includes the development of critical thinking, intercultural communication skills, stress tolerance, as well as the ability to make quick decisions in conditions of uncertainty. Specialists should be ready to interact with representatives of different cultures and nationalities, as well as be able to adapt to changing conditions in the international arena.
In addition, the article analyzes the role of educational programs, internships and internships that help students gain practical experience and prepare for the real conditions of work in diplomatic institutions and international organizations. New trends in education are also discussed, such as the introduction of information and communication technologies and active learning methods that contribute to deeper learning of the material and the development of necessary skills. Thus, the purpose of the article is not only to analyze the current state of training specialists in the field of international relations in Kazakhstan, but also to develop recommendations for improving the educational process in order to prepare highly qualified personnel capable of effectively solving the tasks facing modern diplomacy and international politics.
