Abstract

This article analyzes digital platforms used for interaction with the diaspora and foreign communities. A comparative analysis of the platforms iDiaspora, GlobalScot, Uzbekistan's Club, OQ.gov.kz, Erulik.kz, Overseas Koreans Foundation Portal, and We Are Global Irish examines modern approaches to maintaining ties with compatriots abroad. The study's findings demonstrate that digital platforms serve various functions and are used to develop professional and expert networks, exchange knowledge, provide information support, and strengthen ties with the diaspora. Based on the analysis, the main models of digital interaction with foreign communities are identified and the specifics of their application in various countries are revealed. The findings provide a broader understanding of modern mechanisms for interaction with the diaspora and the role of digital platforms in maintaining sustainable ties between states and foreign communities.
