The main objective of this article is to bridge the research gap by providing a comprehensive background on the development of Kazakhstan's quota employment policies for individuals with disabilities within the broader context of the globalization process. The research aims to evaluate the disparities between policy formulation and execution, considering how international practices have shaped and influenced these policies, as well as Kazakhstan's awareness of and alignment with these global standards. Additionally, the article seeks to suggest practical methods to improve the policy's efficacy in fostering greater inclusivity in employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
